They say money doesn’t dry up—it moves.
They also say if you don’t learn to adapt, you’ll die.

Neither quote may be credited to the business icons I’m about to mention, but both align with the mindset they embody.

Lately, I’ve been consuming a vast amount of business and motivational content, and a few individuals who stand out to me are Alex Hormozi, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Myron Golden. These aren’t just talking heads, they’re practitioners. Whether it’s travel, content creation, or public speaking, they’ve learned how to maximize every minute of the day.

One thing they all have in common?
They don’t wait for things to happen… they take action.

The Crystal Ball Shift

When I first sat down to write this article, I was going to talk about time management. But something told me to pivot, because time management alone won’t save you from what’s coming.

Let’s talk about Artificial Intelligence.

If you’ve been waiting to “see how it all plays out,” I hate to break it to you… You’re already behind. AI isn’t coming. It’s here, and it’s moving faster than most people are comfortable with.

Some see it as a gift: a tool to boost productivity, cut costs, and scale smarter. Others see it as a threat: the job killer, the great unknown, the beginning of the end.

Regardless of where you fall, we’re all doing the same thing—looking into a crystal ball, trying to predict how AI will change our lives and work.

What the Heavy Hitters Think

I wondered how the business minds I respect most respond to this shift. So, I went to YouTube. Here’s what I found:

Myron Golden

Initially skeptical, Myron now uses AI in his content strategy. In a 20+ minute video, he shares how AI helped him go viral, grow his audience, and increase his weekend viewership. Once hesitant, he became a student of the technology, and it paid off.

Alex Hormozi

In a YouTube Short, Hormozi said AI is scary, but the cat’s already out of the bag. His advice? Don’t fear being replaced by AI. Fear is being replaced by someone who knows how to use it.

Gary Vaynerchuk

GaryVee has dozens of clips on AI. One of his most insightful points: major innovation always brings both opportunity and carnage. It’s not about avoiding change; it’s about being ready to ride the wave when it hits.

Choose Your Position

The reason I’m sharing this isn’t to hype up AI or scare you. It’s to make a simple point:

You can either demonize it or leverage it.
And if you’re reading this and still clinging to the belief that AI is the beginning of the end, this message may not be for you.

But if you’re curious, open, and willing to adapt… you’re exactly who I’m talking to.

The truth is, money never disappears—it just changes hands.
If you’re in a profession where AI could disrupt, the worst thing you can do is wait.
Now is the time to:

  • Learn a new skill
  • Expand your value
  • Explore new tools
  • Reinvent your edge

Adapt or Be Left Behind

It’s OK to feel uneasy. After all, we’ve only seen technology like this in movies. But uneasiness is no excuse for inaction.

This is not the moment to retreat. This is the moment to rethink, retool, and reposition.

Don’t just stare into the crystal ball, use it.
Ask yourself: “What do I need to do right now to stay ahead in this new era?”

Because the truth is simple… If you don’t adapt, you won’t thrive. And if you don’t act, someone else will.
